The MRSPA Member Benefits Committee
investigates and recommends selected benefits for MRSPA members. The recommendations are then approved by the MRSPA
Board of Directors. These plans are available at discounted prices. MRSPA

MRSPA members will be able

consultation at no cost, and more comprehensive financial planning,

members at various MRSPA events. Their representatives will be

Legal Plan |
|
The
United Legal Benefits Group Legal Plan (ULB) provides you and your family
legal services at significantly reduced costs and the opportunity to
develop a long-lasting personal relationship with a local law firm. All
legal matters are covered, either at no additional charge or discounts
of 25-30%. No additional charge items include Preparation of
Wills, Advance Directives, Living Wills and other Estate Documents.
The ULB Plan is offered at the discounted premium of $15/month

Hearing Plan Service |

This
plan is administered by Hear In America (www.hearinamerica.com)
and features:
free hearing screening for all MRSPA members and their spouses;
special discounts on hearing aids; two year warranties on
hearing aids, including loss and damage insurance, no charge office
service for hearing aids, including cleaning and programming; and
special battery discounts. |

Simply call 1-800-286-6149 and
a Hear In America customer service representative will refer
the member to the approved hearing professional in your area.
Both member and the hearing center will receive confirmation of the
referral. If you purchase a hearing aid from the
approved center, you will receive the special pricing and benefits
listed above. |

| Dental
Insurance |
MRSPA offers two widely accepted dental insurance plans for your consideration.
|
United Concordia is an HMO-style benefit program designed to meet financial concerns and provide practical, cost-effective coverage for group participants. You simply present your United Concordia ID card at the time of service. There are no claim forms to complete.
In addition, effective immediately, United Concordia is
offering a Point of Service (POS) dental option. This new plan
option offers the same great benefits as the DMO plan when using an
in-network provider. It will also give members the opportunity
to use dental providers outside the DMO network each time a procedure

CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield
Traditional Plan - a group dental plan which allows you to select the dentist you prefer each time you need
care. The plan offers you comprehensive benefits, including regular preventive care, X-rays and dental surgery.
Preferred Plan - with the Preferred Dental Plan you will save the most money by using the participating dentists in the Carefirst Preferred Dental Network. You are free to use a non-network dentist, however you will be responsible for paying the difference between the allowed benefit and the actual charges.

provide the advantages of traditional vision benefits at a fraction of the
