Newsletter Submissions:
When writing for the newsletter, please observe
the following conventions:
 |
Tell
who, what, why, where and when in your article. |
|
Type
your article or write plainly, manuscript style |
|
Submit
full page, one inch margins left and right, single spaced, one
copy |
|
Provide
a title for the article |
|
Give
full names and full titles of individuals mentioned in the
article |
|
Check
spelling of names, people, towns, counties, organizations,
etc. |
|
Check
accuracy of dates, times and amounts, as applicable |
|
Provide
a byline at the end of the article with the writer's position
in the organization |
|
Identify
persons in a photo, if one is submitted; left to right |
