• To study the Bylaws for needed revisions

• To evaluate recommendations received from the membership,
  committees, or officers

• To report findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors
  for consideration at the Annual Business Meeting
   

Committee Responsibilities:     

• To evaluate all recommendations and react to them

• To present findings and recommendations in writing to the Board of Directors
